The conservative commentator posted a stark photo of herself at age 21, appearing startlingly skinny on Instagram on Sunday.

She noted that she was running seven miles a day at the time and had lost under 100 pounds. Lahren said, “This was me when I was 21. I was much too thin.”

According to Lahren, her strategy for regaining control after leaving a six-year toxic relationship was to start running seven miles daily, which was fine, except that she was eating too little.

J. P. Arencibia is Tomi Lahren’s life partner and a former professional baseball catcher.

Before, Arencibia was married to a well-known country singer, and Lahren was engaged to Brandon Fricke, another athlete.
