Rob Gronkowski was born on May 14, 1989, in Amherst, New York. He was raised by his parents nearby Williamsville.

Furthermore, Rob has four brothers who are also football players like him. He is also the great-grandson of cyclist Ignatius Gronkowski who played in the 1924 Summer Olympics in Paris, France.

After joining college, he began to play football for the first time. He was then selected for the 2010 NFL Draft, where he got drafted. Rob then signed a four-year-long contract and thus began his football career professionally.

During his career, he has managed to win four Super Bowls. Although his injury kept him from playing sometimes, Rob still thrived after recovery.

After the 2018 Super Bowl, he knew he wanted to leave football. So, in March 2019, the player announced his early retirement. Furthermore, he added that he could physically play well, but mentally, he lost the joy of playing football.
