Two of her grandparents are named Aleksandr and Efi. Nina has one sibling, an older brother named Alexander Dobrev. 

Born on January 9, 1989, Nina is currently 34, and her zodiac sign is Capricorn.

The Dobrev family is believed to be Christian and followers of the Russian Orthodox Church.
